Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://florenceguitarlessons.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Joe Belmont Guitar Lessons markets and arranges Guitar Lessons, Lessons on Facetime and Zoom, Music Theory Lessons. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://florenceguitarlessons.com is the property of Joe Belmont Guitar Lessons or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Joe Belmont Guitar Lessons may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Joe Belmont Guitar Lessons arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
